Anwendung:
Magnesiumanoden werden zum Korrosionsschutz von Warmwasserspeichern aus emailliertem Stahl verwendet. Sie können auch als Korrosionsschutz in Edelstahlspeichern dienen, um andere Komponenten (z. B. Heizstäbe usw.) zu schützen.
Die erste Kontrolle des Anodenzustands wird vor Ablauf von 24 Betriebsmonaten des Speichers empfohlen. Bei schnellem Verschleiß sollte die Anode häufiger ausgetauscht werden (alle 12 Monate). Wenn der Verschleiß langsamer erfolgt, kann der Austausch alle 18 - 24 Monate durchgeführt werden.
