Application:

It is used to heat water in a domestic hot water tank when the temperature obtained from the solar collector is too low or to protect domestic hot water tanks from freezing.

This slim heating element can be installed in any domestic hot water tank using a 5/4" diameter connection. The heating element is equipped with a sleeve for mounting a temperature sensor.

Recommendations:

It is recommended to install the electric heater horizontally to ensure optimal efficiency.

The heater can be installed vertically, but only from the bottom of the tank. Vertical installation from the top of the tank is not permitted, as the lack of a "dead zone" can lead to overheating and burnout.

Additionally, it is recommended to use appropriate controls, such as an electronic controller or thermostat. The electric heater is not designed for continuous operation, so proper control is crucial for its safe and efficient operation.
