Within our organization, only the employees who have the appropriate authorization to process personal and who have committed themselves to keep the personal data secret have access to them. We share personal data provided to us with other entities (recipients within the meaning of Article 4 point 9 of the GDPR) only if it is necessary for the proper providing of our services. These can primarily be a mailing system service provider (Newsletter), as well as courier companies and postal operators. Personal Data you entered on our website are also stored on servers belonging to the supplier of the sales management software (online store software), as well as the hosting company providing the server on which our website operates. In order to meet the accounting obligations imposed by law, our company also uses the help of a professional accounting office. In addition, personal data may also be shared with law firms, which are providing us legal assistance and entities providing us with debt collection services. Personal data may also be transferred to entities authorized to obtain it under generally applicable law.

Purposes, legal basis, and time of personal data processing:

 

Below we describe in detail what are the purposes, legal basis, and time of personal data processing. Providing your personal data is always voluntary, but necessary to create an account, place an order, subscribe to the Newsletter, or simply contact us.

The purpose of the account is to make placing orders in our online store easier and allows access to the history of previously placed orders. To register an account, you must provide the following data: first and last name, e-mail address, phone number, and address. The legal basis for processing your personal data in the case of an account is Art. 6 clauses 1 lit. b of the GDPR, that is, the processing of your personal data is necessary to perform the contract for the provision of the service to which you are a party. The data is processed for the duration of our website unless you resign from having an account on our website, which will immediately delete the data from the database.

 

 

When placing an order, you must provide your personal data necessary to complete the order, that is, first and last name, phone number, e-mail address, and delivery address. You can also provide additional data, such as information about your business/company. If you have previously provided such data in your user account, this data will be automatically entered into the order form, and you can always modify them. The legal basis for processing your personal data contained in the order is the performance of the contract (art.6 par.1 lit.b of the GDPR), to which you are a party. The data will be processed until the limitation period for claims under the concluded contract (defense against claims and pursuing claims - art.6 par.1 lit.f of the GDPR), and in the case of accounting documents, until the expiry of the period specified in the provisions of tax law (art.6 par. 1 lit. c of the GDPR). Each order is recorded as a separate item in the database. In addition to personal data, order details such as the date of the order, the item(s) and value of the order, the selected method of delivery and payment are also recorded.

 

Complaints and withdrawal from the contract.

 

In the event of submitting a complaint or withdrawal from the contract, you provide us with personal data contained in the complaint or statement of withdrawal, that is, first and last name, address, telephone number, and e-mail address.

The data provided to us in connection with the submission of a complaint or withdrawal from the contract is used to carry out the complaint procedure or the procedure for withdrawal from the contract (art.6 par.1 lit.c of the GDPR).

The data will be processed for the time necessary to complete the complaint or withdrawal procedure.

Data processed for the purpose of contact will be processed on the basis of voluntary consent (art.6 par.1 lit.a of the GDPR), as well as the legitimate interest of the data controller related to ensuring business continuity (art.6 para. 1 lit.f of the GDPR). Your personal data provided to us as part of the contact via e-mail is processed solely to process your inquiry and for further correspondence. The data will be processed until the end of the correspondence, and then for a period of up to 3 calendar years from the moment you sent the last message.

The legal basis for processing personal data, in this case, is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. of the GDPR, that is, the processing of your personal data is based on your consent, which is given by filling out the contact form (explicit action confirming the consent). After sending us a message, it goes to our mailbox. The data will be processed until the end of the correspondence, and then for a period of up to 3 calendar years from the moment you sent the last message.

The legal basis for processing personal data, in this case, is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. of the GDPR, that is, the processing of your personal data is based on your consent, which is given by providing the required data when using the chat (explicit actions confirming the consent). The legal basis is also the legitimate interest of the data controller associated with ensuring the continuity of business activities (Article 6 para. 1. lit.f of the GDPR). The Newsletter service we are providing may also involve so-called profiling because we have access to the history of your purchases. On its basis, in the messages sent as part of the Newsletter, we can offer you specific products that we think will suit your preferences.
