Applicazione:

Una soluzione ideale per ottenere l'acqua calda sanitaria per i campeggi, le aziende agricole e per il riscaldamento delle piscine.

Costruzione del collettore:

Il collettore solare è costituito da tubi a vuoto in vetro borosilicato. L'elevata sicurezza nell'utilizzo del vetro in borosilicato è ottenuta grazie all'utilizzo di un'adeguata miscela di ossidi di SiO2 e di B2O3, il che fa che il prodotto sia caratterizzato da una buona resistenza chimica e da un'eccezionale purezza e omogeneità. Il vetro borosilicato è ecologico e può essere riutilizzato più volte. L'applicazione del processo di rilassamento termico (indurimento) in connessione ad una tipica piccola dilatazione termica tipica del vetro borosilicato, gli conferisce una particolare resistenza alle variazioni di temperatura rispetto ad un vetro normale. I tubi sono resistenti alla grandine della grandezza fino a 25 mm. L'uso dei tubi con un diametro di 47 mm. e 58 mm. consente un posizionamento concentrico di uno dentro l'altro. L'aria tra i tubi viene pompata via e i tubi sono saldati tra di loro.
La radiazione solare che cade sull'assorbitore che si trova sul tubo interno viene convertita in energia termica e fa riscaldare l'interno del tubo. Il vuoto tra i tubi è un ottimo isolante e previene la perdita di calore nell'atmosfera.
Il tubo collettore è realizzato in acciaio inossidabile SUS 304-2B ed è isolata con una schiuma in poliuretano.

 

Principi del funzionamento:

Nel serbatoio e nei tubi si trova dell'acqua. Sottoposta alla luce solare, l'acqua nei tubi si scalda. Grazie ai movimenti convettivi, essa sale in alto al tubo collettore. L'acqua è soggetta ad una circolazione continua tra il tubo collettore e il serbatoio dell'acqua, il che provoca un costante aumento della temperatura dell'acqua. L'alta efficienza del collettore deriva dalla capacità di assorbire la radiazione solare diffusa (ad esempio nei giorni nuvolosi) e dalla riduzione massima delle perdite di calore.
