TK-5a controller / controller with temperature measurement, water level in the tank, for controlling the pump, heater, etc. Recommended for solar pressure systems from the PROECO HP, SOLARIS P, HYDRA P series.

Functions:

1. After the controller is connected to the power supply, a single beep indicates that the controller operates in normal mode (the device self-control process occurs).2. Clock function.
3. Water level indicator – 5 levels (0-20%, 20-50%, 50-80%, 80-100%, above 100% - overflow).
4. Water temperature indicator.
5. Possibility to set automatic heating temperature in the range of 30 – 80 °C.
6. Warning about low water level - when it drops below 20%, the controller will issue an audible warning.
7. Possibility of manual control of the solenoid valve (water refilling).
8. Possibility to manually control the electric heater.
9. Possibility to program water heating at specific times (according to the clock) - twice a day. Time setting 24:00 disables the function.

11. If problems are detected with the temperature sensor or water level sensor, the controller will issue audible warnings every minute.
You should then open the solenoid valve to refill the water in the tank. Please make sure that the water does not overflow - if so, close the valve.
The open valve will close automatically after 8 minutes.
12. "Turbo-boost" function. If the pressure in the water supply network is too low, you can turn on this function.
When the water level in the tank is too low, in addition to opening the solenoid valve, the pump is turned on.
After filling the container, the pump is turned off and the solenoid valve is closed.
13. Anti-freeze function. To prevent water from freezing in the pipes outside the building in winter, you can lay electric heating cables along the pipes.The controller will turn on the power to the cables to prevent pipe failure. Turning on the "turbo-charging" function turns off the "anti-freeze" function.
14. Even in the event of a power failure, the controller remembers all settings. There is no need to re-program.
15. Protection against burning. If there is less than 50% water in the tank (or is not present at all), the controller will turn off all additional heating functions.
16. Overload protection. If the "anti-freezing" function (pipe heating) is automatically activated, in order to prevent the cables from burning out and reduce electricity consumption, the supply voltage is cyclically disconnected.
The function works according to set time (standard is 30 minutes of work / 30 minutes of break, but can be set from 0 to 90 minutes).

Controller designed to control the temperature in domestic hot water tanks. Designed mainly for compact pressure heaters from the PROECO HP, SOLARIS P, HYDRA P series.

In case of insufficient sunlight, the water can be heated using an electric heater. Of course, the controller can be used in any domestic hot water tanks.
