Description:

Universal sensor for measuring water level and temperature in various fields (to be used, for example, in utility hot water tanks). Excellent when it comes to protecting pumps against dry running and to protect tanks against excessive emptying or overflow.

The measuring range, accuracy class and dimensions meet the standards used in automation.

The sensor is electronic. IT DOES NOT WORK LIKE FLOAT!!!

Temperature measurement is carried out using the built-in NTC10K resistance sensor (resistance change) and conductivity sensor (capacity change).

4 wires come out of the sensor: 2 for water level sensor (red and blue) and temperature sensor (white and green).

 Principle of operation:

The probe is a properly insulated electrode connected to the wire.
The probe works by using a liquid to create an electrical signaling circuit.
A free-hanging or located above the water surface probe causes that when liquid gets in contacts with the tip of the internal electrode, the signaling circuit consisting of this electrode, liquid, second probe or metal walls of the tank and signaling system closes.
